Your bags may be in your room, your wristband may be on, and your physical check-in may be complete—but I need you to understand:

Your spiritual check-in begins NOW.

You didn't just check into a retreat.

You have been admitted into the BIRTHING ROOM.

Everything we have been preparing for has brought us to this moment:

​

Prepare Your Heart.
Prepare Your Mind.
Prepare Your Womb.
Prepare to BIRTH.

Now that you are here, I want you to intentionally disconnect from the noise and give yourself permission to be completely present.

Don't worry about what's happening at home.

Don't worry about what you didn't finish before you came.

Don't worry about who's calling, texting, posting, or needing something from you.

You made it here.

Now give God your attention.

Your Spiritual Admission Instructions

​

During this retreat:

​

Be present.
Don't rush the moments.

​

Be sensitive.
Pay attention to what Holy Spirit highlights.

​

Be honest.
Healing requires us to stop pretending.

​

Be open.
God may speak through something you weren't expecting.

​

Write.
Record your dreams, revelations, prophetic words, scriptures, impressions, and instructions.

​

Protect the atmosphere.
Guard what you speak and what you allow into your spirit.

​

Honor the other Carriers.
What is shared in sacred moments should be handled with love, honor, and confidentiality.

​

And finally…

 

DON'T COMPARE YOUR LABOR.

Every woman will experience this retreat differently.​

One woman may cry.

Another may become quiet.

One may travail.

Another may worship.

One may receive immediate clarity.

Another may simply hear God whisper, "Rest."

Don't judge your experience by someone else's response.

Your womb has its own assignment.

 

Before our next gathering

 

Take a few quiet moments in your room.

Put your phone down.

Open your journal.

Place your hand over your womb/stomach area as a symbolic act of agreement and ask:

"Holy Spirit, what am I carrying into this room?"

Then ask:

"What cannot leave this retreat with me?"

Write what you hear.

Don't overthink it.

Just listen.

 

Your admission declaration

 

Say this aloud:

• I AM HERE.

• I AM PRESENT.

• I AM OPEN.

• I RELEASE CONTROL.

• I GIVE HOLY SPIRIT PERMISSION TO SEARCH ME, HEAL ME, CORRECT ME, STRETCH ME, AND SPEAK TO ME.

• I WILL NOT ABORT MY ASSIGNMENT.

• I WILL NOT MISCARRY MY PROMISE.

• I WILL NOT ALLOW FEAR TO BECOME THE MIDWIFE OF MY DESTINY.

• WHAT HEAVEN HAS PLACED WITHIN ME SHALL COME FORTH AT THE APPOINTED TIME

• MY HEART IS READY.

• MY MIND IS READY.

• MY WOMB IS READY.

• I AM A CARRIER OF DIVINE PURPOSE.

• I AM READY TO BIRTH!

I've prayed for this moment.

I've prayed for this atmosphere.

And I've prayed for YOU.

Take off your shoes spiritually.
